Cupcake Coma

"Have you ever loved somebody so much
It makes you cry
Have you ever needed something so bad
You can't sleep at night
Have you ever tried to find the words
But they don't come out right
Have you ever, have you ever
Have you ever been in love
Been in love so bad
You'd do anything to make them understand
Have you ever had someone steal your heart away
You'd give anything to make them feel the same
Have you ever searched for words to get you in their heart
But you don't know what to say
And you don't know where to start
Have you ever found the one
You've dreamed of all of your life
You'd do just about anything to look into their eyes
Have you finally found the one you've given your heart to
Only to find that one won't give their heart to you"

Yes! Before you go there, my beloved Akinat L, yes I posted the whole song lol! I kept trying to just put the part that was speaking to me...so I did, which is almost the whole song. Leave me alone.

Since I’m tired of studying right now, I thought I would write.  Ok, can’t think of anything to write about besides cupcakes, sorry lol!

Deep sigh! I have put myself back in a damn cupcake-coma! I knew better. I know better. Yet I still overindulged and  incessantly consumed to the point of addiction and withdrawal.

So I was cupcake free. I went through my own 12-step program and moved on to other sweets like pies and cookies. Been hitting up Tiff’s Treats instead of Sugar Rush for my hit or my fix. How did I end up back on the cupcake wagon? I’m at work, yet I keep thinking I smell the sweet, delicate scent of slowly rising cupcakes in the oven. I’m staring at marketing questions and test work yet all I see smooth, creamy, delectable, delicious, fluffy icing. I can almost feel the moist, baked, yumminess disintegrating as I chew. Sigh.  Back to the product life cycle and its various stages.

Funk-O-Meter = 12 (total days in a funky mood from 7/10/12 – 7/10/13)
Days Without 'Cupcake' = 1…sigh, feels like 201
Days Until These Two Horrid 10-week Courses Are Over = 8!
